Engaged in the private practice of law with a heavy concentration on contested and tax-implicated divorce negotiation and litigation. Experience has included divorces involving hidden and unreported income, undisclosed true earning capacity and undisclosed, undervalued and dissipated assets and assets transferred to family, friends and associates as nominee title holders. Experience includes employing similar techniques as IRS in establishing unreported or underreported income and earning capacity with both cash-based businesses and non-cash-based businesses, establishing true ownership of assets nominally titled in other names, establishing true market value of businesses and complex assets, establishing fabricated and/or significantly exaggerated liabilities ostensibly owed to family and/or business and personal associates. Experience includes protecting and reaching inherited and/or premarital assets. Experience includes contested custody negotiations and litigation. Services and experience directed to delivering value by knowing what and how to efficiently reach and/or protect income, assets and liabilities in divorce litigation and by structuring tax-favorable resolutions in divorce litigation.
